(talk of meters though in future) Torquay At The Willows shopping centre, get there early during peak times. Also on the Ring road (Torquay to Paignton/Brixham). When driving up Hamlyn Way come to a large roundabout and turn left as if going to Shiphay,Torquay and take first right to a picnic area.
